As part of the Network Awareness & Performance Solution we deliver the following set of services.

Management Charter: Provides clear understanding of the goals and objectives of the project, and establishes client participation and sponsorship.

Network Impact Analysis: The information gathered in the Network Discovery is leveraged with our tool, the MetaPortTM which then identifies preliminary areas of cost and performance improvements. After considering your unique operating environment, these outcomes are validated and verified by Netopex analysts and presented to you for approval.

Network Planning: A plan is developed with targeted improvements (aligned to organizational performance goals and objectives) and is presented to you for approval. Before you make a financial or resource commitment, an accurate representation of your company’s performance and the impact of any proposed changes in technologies, policies and/or vendors is communicated.

Network Change Management: Manages communications and interactions between the project team, the client organization, and vendors.

Network Monitoring: Provides monitoring and compliance at both the contract and policy levels. It also provides performance dashboards for telecommunications services, assuring alignment to objectives and a clear understanding of operational performance.
